Description

Let’s kick off the holiday season by sharing the ice together with a seasonal playlist and a sense of gratitude for our McFetridge adult skating community. Class will consist of edge exercises that focus on deepening the skater’s knee and ankle flexion to skate deeper into the ice surface. Choreographed arms and bilateral body movements will be highlighted.
Skater must be in Gamma or above.
